All designs from this shop are for creating physical products or incorporating into your own original designs — not for resale, sharing, or redistribution as digital files.

✦ YOU CAN ✦

Use designs as-is or customized to create and sell unlimited physical products (shirts, mugs, totes, signs, etc.).

Sell finished physical products in person (craft fairs, markets, local shops) or through your own online store (Shopify, website, or social-media-based shop).

Use designs for Print-on-Demand (POD) services such as Printify, Printful, Gelato, and similar platforms — you are fully allowed to upload designs as-is or customized, as long as you follow your platform’s current rules and policies.

Example: Most POD platforms allow purchased artwork to be used as-is. However, Etsy’s policy is different — Etsy requires that POD listings show your own creative input or customization (for example, combining elements, adding text, or personalizing artwork). Unedited uploads of purchased designs are not permitted under Etsy’s policies.

Use and combine individual elements from my designs to build new, original digital artwork for your own physical or POD products — as long as your finished work is unique and not a copy or close variation of the original design.

Always check trademarks before uploading to POD platforms or listing for sale.
For example, “OH SHIP” is trademarked in Class 025 (clothing) and cannot be used on apparel.

✦ YOU CANNOT ✦

Resell, share, or distribute any digital files (even if modified, recolored, or combined with other artwork).

Include my designs or design elements in any digital product, clipart set, or bundle for resale or redistribution.

Upload or sell my designs as standalone digital listings on Etsy, Redbubble, or any other marketplace.

Claim my designs as your own, or imply that they are entirely self-created if using my work as part of a design.

Use trademarked phrases or images without verifying that they are safe for use in your product category.

✦ HOW TO DOWNLOAD ✦

After purchasing, you will receive an automated email with instructions on downloading your files. This will be sent to your Etsy email address. You should receive the email within a few minutes. If not, please check your spam folder. If you can’t find the email, all downloads are available in your purchase history.
