★ YOU'VE PLACED YOUR ORDER, NOW WHAT? ★

☛ Once payment has been confirmed by Etsy (usually within a minute or so), you can refresh the page and your purchase will be ready to download.
☛ Etsy will also email you that includes a link to your purchase.
☛ Access your purchases anytime under the Purchases and Reviews tab, by clicking Your Account in the top right corner on Etsy.

Please Note: You can't download from the Etsy app. You'll have to log in to Etsy from a browser window.

★ RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS ★

Due to the instant download nature of digital products, refunds aren't accepted.

★What’s your license in plain English?★

Personal + small-business physical products. POD allowed only with significant modification into a new, original design. No “as-is” uploads. No digital resales.

★Can I use your designs for POD on Etsy?★

Yes, if transformed. Per Etsy, you must be the original designer, list your production partner, mark made-to-order, and meaningfully transform the art (no “as-is” uploads). You’re responsible for trademark compliance.

★What is “significant modification”?★

Combine multiple assets, add custom typography/illustration, re-compose layout/colors—create a cohesive new design. Minor edits aren’t enough.

★Can I resell/share the files?★

No. Files (as-is or modified) may not be resold, shared, or redistributed in any form.

★Trademarks & phrases★

You must check trademarks for your product class (e.g., apparel, drinkware). Some phrases can be restricted even if digital art is allowed. Compliance is your responsibility.

★Refunds/Exchanges for digital items?★

Digital downloads are non-refundable. If there’s a file issue, message me—I’ll replace or re-export.
