You are permitted to use any files purchased from my shop for both personal and commercial use, excluding Print on Demand (POD) applications. You may use these files as they are or modify them to create physical products for personal use or for sale.
Commercial Use - Physical Products: You may create designs using this clip art set and sell them on any physical products in unlimited quantities within small crafting businesses.
Print on Demand (POD) use is strictly prohibited on any platform, including but not limited to Printify, Printful, Zazzle, Redbubble, Amazon Merch, or similar services.
You may not alter, use, or incorporate any part of my designs to create digital files for resale.
SVG RACK is not responsible for trademark violations. It is the buyer’s responsibility to research and verify all current trademarks and copyrights for products you plan to sell.
While I am unable to offer software/hardware support, I will always respond to messages and am always happy to help where I can.

★What’s your license in plain English?★
Personal + small-business physical products. POD allowed only with significant modification into a new, original design. No “as-is” uploads. No digital resales.
★Can I use your designs for POD on Etsy?★
Yes, if transformed. Per Etsy, you must be the original designer, list your production partner, mark made-to-order, and meaningfully transform the art (no “as-is” uploads). You’re responsible for trademark compliance.
★What is “significant modification”?★
Combine multiple assets, add custom typography/illustration, re-compose layout/colors—create a cohesive new design. Minor edits aren’t enough.
★Can I resell/share the files?★
No. Files (as-is or modified) may not be resold, shared, or redistributed in any form.
★Trademarks & phrases★
You must check trademarks for your product class (e.g., apparel, drinkware). Some phrases can be restricted even if digital art is allowed. Compliance is your responsibility.
★Refunds/Exchanges for digital items?★
Digital downloads are non-refundable. If there’s a file issue, message me—I’ll replace or re-export.
